Marking Ladders

Description of Activity / Disgrifiad o'r Weithgaredd

Using the Ladders to:

• Prompt the children as to what is needed for a specific piece of work.
• To assess themselves and each other as regards what they have to include in their work.

Evaluation / Gwerthusiad

Works extremely well once the initial concept has been taught.  Helps the children remember what language features are needed for certain texts.

Helps mark the work – children can see what they have included or left out!
