Phase Management Teams
The two phase management teams will be responsible for negotiating contracts with schools and departments and for delivering and monitoring quality within the phases.

Baglan IT Centre will take lead role in the primary phase and Swansea College will take lead role in the secondary phase.

Delivery and Administration
A team will be set up to deliver and administer the programme, by secondement from partners and by recruitment from the local sectors.

Commitment of Time and Resources
The partner members have agreed to make such commitment of staff time and other resources as is necessary to guarantee the success of the programme.

Success in Previous Collaborations
