Description of Activity / Disgrifiad o'r Weithgaredd

Looking at Islamic patterns.  The pupils then had to draw their design and plan it, thinking what equipment they needed to use and how their outcome would be made.

Evaluation / Gwerthusiad

Some children found that their designs were too big or difficult to make.  Others found that their blocks of wood were different sizes, so their final pattern did not turn out as planned.  All the children found this activity enjoyable.
