At some point, you will have some customers who will be buying books from you. Therefore, the third worksheet will hold a list of the customers. Rename the worksheet label to CustList (or similar), create headings for each column, e.g. Name, Address etc. and fill in the details. You can make up some fictitious names, or enter details of people you know (with their permission, of course).

When you have entered the data, sort it by Surname and then Define a Name for the data range (from the Insert menu). Save the file.
