Plans to bring back the historic Mumbles Railway may have
finally hit the end of the line.
A £20 million project has not been submitted in the bids for Millenium
money. Mumbles Railway Society chairman, Mr. Tony Cottle said, "We
are a bit upset. This isn't the end of the line for the railway. We are
still in talks with a major company which may be interested."
