  • Steering Group
    • Policy on roll-out
    • Integration with schools and LEA
    • Extension of provision
    • Prioritisation in terms of subjects, phases, schools, strategic issues
    • Reports to external bodies
    • Relations with other strategic groups and projects

  • Operational Management Team
    • Business and financial performance reporting
    • Invoicing and payments management
    • Debt control
    • QA - relations with schools and LEAs
    • Administration - systems design and monitoring
    • Business management, including MIS, FIS
    • Personnel functions and disposition - system design

  • Phase Managers
    • Day-to-day management - personnel, finance, curriculum, quality, clients
    • Liason with Headteachers and teachers - including negotiation of contracts
    • Projection and planning on phase and subject basis
    • Reports to OMT

  • Delivery Teams
    • Delivery of programme
    • Reporting to Phase Managers on quality and performance issues

  • Administration
    • Effective organisation and recording of activities - marketing, recruitment, programme records, QA documentation, financial documentation, inputting of MIS and FIS, administrative support to Delivery Team and managers
