- Properties of shape was topic
in question, therefore, helped to reinforce associated language
in readiness for S.A.T.'s.
- As a result of database, pupils
found the Euler's formula quite easily and recognised the relationship
between the different properties.
- Pupils created shapes and
using their knowledge of vertices, faces and edges, discovered
the appropriate properties which were verified by the Euler's
formula.
- Graphs, lists and charts were
produced and interpreted - some mounted for possible display.
- The task was challenging and
could be further extended. The questioning was differentiated
and most able pupils used AND, OR and NOT.
- I need to remember not to
confuse text and numbers when setting up fields.
