Aims and Objectives
In
this case study, pupils are covering the basic principles of nutrition
and the energy value of different foods. The task (Peanut practical)
will involve them in finding out about the energy released from
the combustion of various nuts. The lesson aims and objectives,
along with an account of the resources needed and issues to consider,
are set out in the tables that follow below and on the next page.
