Reports

When you need information from your table or query printed out in a customised format, a report is used. This could be an invoice for a company or an order form. You could also add pictures, charts and custom made headers to your report. The text, which appears as a header in the report, is a text box and the data a field.

It is also possible to make calculations using different fields. For example, calculating the Extended Price multiplying Quantity X Unit price - 20% discount. Basic additions and VAT figures can also be produced in the same way.
