Database Structure

When the Property table was created its fields were given the following format type and restricted values. When a table is created its fields and format types must be specified in the ‘Design’ mode. Close the table and click on the 'Design View' button in the Toolbar.

The field names and data types are listed with one field highlighted - the detailed properties of the field are displayed in the lower screen table. Click in another field to move the highlighting. The table on the next page is a summary of the properties of each field.
