Editing Personal Distribution Lists

Personnel might change locations etc, so you might need to change the list's members.

  1. Click on the Compose menu and select New Message.
  2. Click the To: button.
  3. Click the Global Address List arrow, then roll down to Personal Distribution List.
  4. The names of the list you have set up appear in the left-hand window.
  5. Double-click onto the name of the group, eg. CMT. The list will appear.
  6. Click the Add/Remove members button at the bottom left.
  7. To add members, double-click on their name on the left-hand side. They will then appear in the list window.
  8. To remove members, select the person's name in the right-hand window by highlighting it with the mouse, then press delete on the keyboard. The person's name will disappear.
