Creating
a Slide Show
A
sample project is to create a short slide show for the Able Computer
Systems Annual General Meeting using a range of slide template
formats available in PowerPoint. Below is the plan or design brief:
- Annual
Report introduction - who, when, where.
- Summary
of goals achieved this year.
- Next
year's goals.
- Display
new logo.
- Display
increase in turnover.
- New
company structure.
- Latest
press release.
The
presentation will be using an overhead projector to a small group
(<40) of shareholders who will not require much background information
about Able Computer Systems. There will be six slides before detailed
discussion about the financial report to be sent to shareholders
prior to the meeting.
