Printing
Web Pages
Click
on the File menu and select Print from the drop-down menu to open
the Print dialog box illustrated below.
For
the majority of web pages, just click OK and the page will print
out.
An
exception are framed web pages. Framed web pages are basically
two or more web pages 'stitched' together - a common example being
where the navigation buttons on the left-hand side of the screen
remain static even when scrolling up or down the web page content
on the right-hand side of the screen.
In
the case of a framed web page, the printer will print out the
frame that was last clicked on by your mouse. Therefore, if you
wish to print out the content of a framed web page - in the example
just mentioned, contained in the right-hand side of the screen
- click anywhere on the information you wish to print and then
click the File menu and select Print or click the Print icon.
The
Print dialog box will open as illustrated above. Note that at
the bottom is a section called Print Frames. Select the button
'Only the selected frame' as shown, and then click OK to print.
