Using
Encyclopaedia Information
The
information contained in a CD-ROM or multimedia encyclopaedia
can be used in many ways:
- Looking
up information for reading.
- Illustrating
links between persons, locations and events by using Links.
- In
addition to these methods, the information contained can be
copied directly from the encyclopaedia and pasted into a word
processor for incorporation into a student worksheet. The method
by which this is achieved varies according to which CD-ROM you
are using. Please refer to the Help menu on the relevant CD-ROM
or see the section Getting Help.
On the Encarta CD-ROM you are able to copy individual images,
selected items of text or entire articles.
