Individual and mentor

The planning event will normally be school-based, and will focus on the individual needs of teachers and the planning of routes through the available modules. The needs analysis materials provided to all schools by the New Opportunities Fund will be the basis of the planning negotiation.

It is expected that the partnership will be able to accommodate the needs of the vast majority of teachers through its planned programme, but where an individual cannot be thus accommodated it will be the responsibility of the tutor to make alternative arrangements on behalf of the teacher.

Times and dates will be flexible to suit the needs of schools, departments and individuals.
