Outcomes of training are specific to individuals, but the following is envisaged:

• All teachers will undergo a Training Needs Analysis to identify current skills and knowledge
• All teachers will negotiate an action plan related to the outcomes specified in the submission guidelines
• All teachers will end the process of training with such outcomes as are deemed relevant in their action plan met
• All teachers will be offered an accreditation route for the work through a nationally recognised accreditation board
• Where the work done is appropriate, and where relevant transfer mechanisms are in place, teachers will be entitled to have their accredited and recorded achievement considered in CAT Schemes for further and higher qualifications
• All teachers completing the programme will be issued with individualised statements of competence identifying for current and future employers their areas of development and strength
