Cost of Training Needs Analysis
It is not envisaged that the Training Needs Analysis should incur a cost either to the teacher or to the partnership. Further clarification of his situation is expected from TTA/NoF in the light of developments with the work being done in this area.

Cost of Training
The price of training charged to schools and individuals based on the amount of work to do to meet the specified desirable outcomes.

Included in Cost Charged
Included in the cost of training are the following:

• Training as agreed in the TNA/Action Plan, including costs to the training provider incurred in the delivery of such training
• Support materials in digital and hard copy form as agreed in the TNA/Action Plan
• Hardware, software or courseware stipulated as supply-appropriate in the TNA/Action Plan
• Consumable items and books stipulated as supply-appropriate in the TNA/Action Plan
• Accreditation as agreed in the TNA/Action Plan as provided-free
• Advice on Continuing Professional Development at the end of the programme and consultation with a Higher Education partner on CAT and APEL

Not Included in Cost Charged
Not included in the cost of training are the following:

• Travel by the teacher to events and meetings at local centres or in schools other than his/her own
• Dial-up charges for telephone or video conference support when made by the teacher
• Purchase of hardware, software or courseware other than that stipulated as supply-appropriate in the TNA
• Purchase of consumable items and books other than those stipulated as supply-appropriate in the TNA
• Accreditation outside the framework agreed as free
