Quality Assurance
As
well members from the operating partners, it is envisaged that
at least two Headteachers from client-schools will sit on the
steering group and feed back issues and perceptions from the locality.
Phase
managers will take responsibility for cross-monitoring processes
and procedures, and for verifying reports and documents between
phases.
The
steering group and management teams will meet sufficiently regularly
to ensure that quality issues, causes for concern and areas of
development and improvement, are dealt with promptly.
Electronic
means of communication are already in place between members of
the partnership, and this system will be enhanced to include all
partnership members at all levels of management and delivery and
to embrace voice, data, text and video communication.
